• You will be received by our representative at Bagdogra Airport / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Tpakyong Airport. The representative will assist the guests on a journey to Gangtok. The road journey to Gangtok is filled with picturesque landscapes, terrain, and greenery. Gangtok is an ideal tourist destination for those seeking tranquility and peace in the midst of a fast-paced lifestyle. It is a perfect blend of spirituality, adventure, culture, and tranquility. 
• After reaching Gangtok, you will have ample time in the evening to stroll around the M.G. Marg / Local Market. Dinner will be served to you at the hotel. You will have an overnight stay in Gangtok.

• After having a delicious and authentic breakfast, you will get ready to embark on the journey to Lachen. The journey will begin from Vajra Stand at 10:30 AM. Our representative will have already collected the pass and permits for you. On the drive to Lachen, there will be stoppages at 3 sightseeing locations, namely
• Twin Waterfalls
• Seven Sisters Waterfalls
• Singhik View Point
• You will reach Lachung by the evening. The pleasant weather and the serenity of the place will welcome you. You will check into a hotel, and be welcomed with tea. After getting fresh, make the most of the evening time to stroll Lachen. Dinner will be served to you at the hotel. You will have an overnight stay at Hotel in Lachen.

• After Breakfast, check out In the morning from Lachen Hotel,  towards Gurudongmar Lake (17,000ft). Gurudongmar Lake is one of the highest situated lakes in North Sikkim. The altitude here is may cause breathing problem so be careful Today  we will drive to Lachung. We will visit Kalaphather Next drive through the cold desert till Tibet / China back to Resort for Lunch – After lunch drive to Lachung - The region is fully covered with Rhododendron forest with Chopta Valley and Thangu are the other places of interest  hangu are the major attraction – It’s a valley surrounded by gigantic and humbling snow peak mountains and the starting point of Green Lake Trek – In fact the village cradled between stern, tall rock faces standing like guards While reach Lachung check in the hotel. • You get ready to head back to Gangtok. The road journey to Gangtok will start at 10:00 AM after breakfast. is 102 km. On the way to Gangtok, you will enjoy sightseeing in Yumthang Valley. You also have an (Optional tour to Yumesamdong Valley or Zero Point close to Tibet Border (15,000ft, 23kms from Yumthang) for Indian tourists only (at extra cost 4000/- per vehicle on prior notice).
• On reaching Gangtok in the late evening, you will enjoy a delicious dinner at the hotel. There is an overnight stay in Gangtok.

• The tour ends as you are dropped off by our representative at Bagdogra/ Pakyong Airport / NJP Railway Station according to the schedule. 

• Accommodation in Double/Triple sharing basis as per the details given above

• Arrival/departure transfer and all land transfers as per the itinerary
•  Driver allowance/toll/parking/road tax/fuel charge.

•  Air Fare/Train Fare and all entry fees at sightseeing spots.

•  Travel insurances.
•  Monuments entrances fee and optional Activities mentioned in the itinerary.
•  Items of personal nature like porterage, tips, laundry, telephone calls, mineral water etc.
•  Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, roadblocks, political disturbances etc.
•  Any item not specifically mentioned in Inclusions column.

• For Package conformation you need to deposit only 50% Payment in Our Company Account given below and receive your Booking Voucher (Please do mail the screenshot of the mode of advance payment). 
• Once you transfer advance, booking will be initiated
• We check hotel availability and would inform you if any of the hotels selected is not available and will be giving other options with cost difference
• Cab details will be forwarded through SMS one day prior to arrival
• In case room type is not mentioned, calculation is based on the base category room in the hotel mentioned, we do not block rooms at the time of sending confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

•  All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
•  Token amount is non refundable in any cases.
•  Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges.
•  Cancellations charges will vary from 25 % - 50% of the total tour package cost.
•  100 % Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or
•  No show scenarios.
•  No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other MWTT services.
•  Meera world tour and travels have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost.
•  In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour,  Meera world tour and travels   will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
