Kinner Kailash (6050 m) peak is located in the Kalpa region of Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh. Kinner Kailash parikrama route of Kinnaur follows the circumambulatory trail around Kinnaur Kailash Shivling (~4800m) peak.
Kinner Kailash circuit tour offers magnificent views of towering peaks of Kinnaur Kailash range and surrounding peaks like Raldang (5499m) and Jorkanden (6473 m). The schedule of Kinner Kailash Yatra of Kinnaur is fixed by the office of deputy commissioner office Reckong Peo. Kinnaur Kailash Yatra is usually scheduled for the 3rd week of July month or the first week of August month, but Parikrama of Kinnaur Kailash is doable in the month of May and June also. Before departing, Local tour operators—registered at tourism department, DC office Kinnaur — are mandated to submit the list of trekkers planning to hike the Kailash route at nearest police station.

Itinerary

Day 01: Chandigarh To Shimla (120 kms 3-4 Hrs Approx)

Welcome to Chandigarh , On Arrival at Chandigarh Airport/ Railway station our driver will receive You & Proceed to Shimla. It would be over day journey. On reaching at Shimla, Check in to the Hotel. Dinner & overnight stay at the Hotel.

Day 02: Shimla to Kalpa (208 kms 7-8 Hrs Approx)

Today morning after breakfast check out from hotel & drive from Shimla to Kalpa (approximately 2-3 hours). Arrive in Kalpa, a picturesque town with stunning views of the Kinnar Kailash range. Visit the famous Kalpa Monastery and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Explore the local market and witness the traditional lifestyle of the locals. Overnight stay in Kalpa.

Day 03: Kalpa to Kinner Kailash Trek (15 kms )

Today morning after breakfast Start early in the morning for the Kinner Kailash trek. Trek through beautiful meadows, forests, and rocky terrain. Reach the base of Kinner Kailash and witness the majestic mountain peak. Spend some time soaking in the spirituality and tranquility of the place Dinner & overnight stay at Camp .

Day 04: Kinner Kailash Parikrama

Today Morning After Breakfast Begin the day with a trek around the Kinner Kailash peak, known as the Kinner Kailash Parikrama. The parikrama involves circumambulating the mountain, covering a distance of approximately 8-10 hours. Experience the breathtaking views of the snow-capped peaks and pristine landscapes. Return to the base camp dinner & and rest for the night.

Day 05:- Kailash Kalpa to Sangla ( 30 kms )

After breakfast travel to Sangla which has earned distinction of one of the most beautiful valleys in Himachal. At Sangla visit Kamru village and make a small walk to visit Kamru Fort which has a temple dedicated to Kamaksha Devi. Later check in at camp. Rest of day is free to relax and enjoy the pristine beauty. Overnight at Hotel

Day 06: Sangla - Chitkul -Sangla ( 30 kms 2-3 hrs Approx )

Today morning after breakfast check out from the Hotel & drive to Chitkul, the last inhabited village near the Indo-China border. Enjoy the scenic drive and breathtaking views of the mountains and Baspa River. Explore Chitkul village and interact with the locals. Visit the ancient Mathi Temple and experience the serene environment. Return to Sangla for an overnight stay.

Day 07: Sangla - Chandigarh (300 Kms 9-10 Hrs Approx)

Today early morning after breakfast check out from the hotel & proceed to Chandigarh chcek in hotel

Day 08: Chandigarh Drop
